The Founding: Casa Dr. Cloje
The story begins at the close of the 19th century, in a period when Ploiești knew an architectural and cultural effervescence without precedent. The original building — known as 'Casa Dr. Cloje' — impressed with its eclectic architecture, imposing dome and neoclassical detailing. It was conceived not only as a residence, but as an emblem of prestige on the city's map.

The Summer Garden
The passing of years turned the space into a meeting place for the elite of the time. The monument's former summer garden became a true urban oasis, where the city's stories wove together with long summer evenings, fine music and the joy of being together. Today, on Str. Golești 25, history is reborn under a new name: La Bulevard. We have taken up the legacy of this legendary space and carried it into the present through an innovative culinary concept. Beneath the dome that once watched over 'Casa Dr. Cloje', we have created a sanctuary devoted to modern Italian cuisine, where premium ingredients and contemporary techniques redefine the experience of going out.
